Topics in German Language and Cultural Studies (when offered as a different topic in order to fulfill the requirement)
Select 4 credit hours of upper-division GERM courses or4
4 credit hours from the German Studies electives courses listed on the German Studies major page:

Completion of the GERM 496 Internship also may be counted as a 4-credit hour German language and culture course toward the German minor. (n.b. Participation in the summer Wheaton in Germany program is highly recommended.)
