An initiative begun in partnership with the Global Leadership Summit, the Organizational Leadership Certificate equips global marketplace, nonprofit, or church and parachurch organization leaders with the academic, spiritual, and practical skills needed to influence and lead for Christ and His Kingdom.
It educates you in tactics that may be applied immediately in ministry, nonprofit, and corporate environments, giving you the choice to select from a variety of learning opportunities in foundational and general principles of organizational leadership, fiscal planning and responsibility, change management, team building, and leading nonprofit organizations.
You will also learn the tools and strategies to lead an organization that values learning, promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, innovation, and welcomes change.
The Organizational Leadership Certificate provides advanced development training for Christian leaders. In these specially tailored courses, you will be equipped to fruitfully guide organizational strategy and manage change within global contexts.
Students who have successfully completed the Global Leadership Summit Certificate prior to admission may apply to enter the Organizational Leadership Certificate. Admission does not require a specific undergraduate major, but students are expected to have demonstrated leadership experience and possess proficiency in written and spoken English.
