The M.A. in Humanitarian & Disaster Leadership is designed to enhance ministry skills and help students start or advance careers in a wide range of humanitarian and disaster-assistance related fields. Students are prepared to respond to crises, disasters, and challenges of poverty both domestically and internationally. The program emphasizes humble Christian leadership and evidence-based practices and provides training for students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to address complex challenges such as disaster response, anti-human trafficking, refugee care, humanitarian assistance and more. This program integrates technical competencies with faith formation, practical skills, experiential learning, and valuable networking opportunities.
